Please include your child’s full name, bus number (if applicable), and the reason for the absence/delay to enable us to update our records as mandated by the Department of Education. Please also include your child's teacher and the School Nurse, kerri.cartnick@millburn.org

Changes to Dismissal Plans: The parents or guardians of children with a change of plans after school, including going home with another student or adult, must call Avis Ng in the main office to report the change. The office will make a note of it and contact the teacher to ensure that the child is redirected or reminded of the change. All changes need to be called into the main office before 3:00.
